01 Text message terms
Texts from the Broadhead Home Loans line, and how to stop them.
These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent from (208) 415-1815. Effective DATE, set at NEXA approval. Questions go to Sean directly: sean@broadheadhomeloans.com.
Who is texting you
Broadhead Home Loans, a registered trade name of NEXA Mortgage LLC, NMLS 1660690, 5559 S Sossaman Rd #1-101, Mesa, AZ 85212. The loan originator behind the line is Sean Belknap, Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS 1702303. The texting program is called Broadhead Home Loans texts.
What you may receive
Only these, and only after you have contacted us first. Every one of them is automated and says so.
- A missed-call text. If you call the line and hang up before it is answered, one text with a link to pick a time with Sean and a link to the online application. Sent at most once per caller in any 24 hours.
- A booking confirmation. If the automated phone assistant books a callback for you and you say yes when it asks whether it may text you, one text confirming the day and time.
- A pending-request note. If you asked for a time the assistant could not book on the spot, one text saying Sean will confirm with you directly.
- An auto-reply. If you text the line first, one automated reply telling you Sean reads every text himself. Sent at most once per sender in any 24 hours. After that, Sean answers personally.
There are no marketing texts, no promotions, no reminders, no recurring messages, and no texts to anyone who did not contact us first.
How you opt in
You opt in only by contacting us: by calling (208) 415-1815 and telling the automated assistant it is okay to text you when it asks, by texting the line first, or by checking the unchecked consent box on a form on this website or in the website chat. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, of obtaining any loan, or of working with Sean.
Message frequency
At most two texts per contact event, and usually one. Frequency varies with how often you contact us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates are the only charges.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT also work). You will get one confirmation: "You are unsubscribed from Broadhead Home Loans texts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe." After that, nothing else is sent to your number unless you reply START.
How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any text and you will receive: "Broadhead Home Loans, a DBA of NEXA Mortgage LLC, NMLS 1660690. For help, reply here or email sean@broadheadhomeloans.com. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." You can also email sean@broadheadhomeloans.com or call (208) 415-1815.
Your information
Your mobile information and texting consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used only to send the texts described above and for Sean to contact you about your own inquiry. The full privacy policy describes everything this site, the phone line, and the chat collect and who processes it.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major US carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with it.
